Realis Estates was founded by Duncan Mathieson in 2006 following 13 very successful years working in retail development in London for Highland Developments.
The team is based in central Birmingham. Duncan leads the team, overseeing all existing projects whilst always on the lookout for new and exciting opportunities to add to the existing diverse portfolio.
From the inception of Realis Estates we have gone on to achieve great success through our hard work ethic and ability to work closely with our professional team. Our dynamic set up allows us to make swift clear and well thought through decisions, which has undoubtedly been key to our success.
Realis Estates specialise in retail and leisure developments in and out of town with schemes ranging in size from £3m to £250m in locations from Belfast to the West, Hull to the East, Edinburgh to the North and Salisbury to the South. We are passionate about what we do and are open for business throughout the UK.
In the Community
Realis Estates are very proud to work closely with our local community, and in particular Acorns Children’s Hospice. Realis Estates assists Acorns in respect of property and asset management, providing strategic advice and support.
With over 60 shops situated on high streets around the region, Acorns’ stores play a vital part in raising funds to care for life-limited and life-threatened children across the heart of England.
Recently, Realis Estates held a charity comedy evening, raising over £10,000 in funds.
